Project Management
Provide project management with respect to time schedule, coordination, cost control, quality control, and prepare all documents related to authorities.
Tender Phase:
Monitor and control all bidding and contractors awarding prices such as evaluating design package, proposal for budgets control, technical & financial evaluation for contractors, preparing contracts, and agreements for any third parties.
Construction Phase:
A full monitoring and controlling for construction process shall be achieved throughout this stage to ensure the following constructions schedule, material & delivery inspection approvals, implementation of quality control procedures, coordination between all existing contractors, review & evaluate invoices, and submitted claims (if any).
Consultancy / Technologies
Prepare all related documents for tendering of any types of buildings (design drawings, BOQ, technical specification).
Site Supervision
Site supervision encompasses a range of processes that are undertaken with the purpose of completing a construction project in line with the requirements laid out in the contract documents, specifications and approved plans. Sound construction supervision also ensures that any building codes, standards or local ordinances are adhered to at the same time.
Bidding Evaluation
Bid evaluation is the process that takes place after the tender submission. It involves the opening and examining of the bids to identify the preferred contractor(s) for the project. Negotiations may then be entered into with one or more contractors, and the successful contractor awarded the contract.
MEP Design Review
We do MEP Design Review & Value engineering for all building types. We’ll review (design drawings, BOQ, technical specification), point out areas of concern, and provide suggestions for how to improve the design.

- Preparing As-built drawing.
- Preparing material take off (MTO) For MEP.
- Preparing & reviewing technical submittals.
- Preparing calculations such as (hydraulic calculation, ESP……etc)
